Kuantan is one of my favourite local city and having stayed there for 4 years due to work commitments, I have fond memories of its' lush greenery, scenic and wonderfully clean beaches and one of the thing I miss incredibly from Kuantan is its' relatively jam-free roads (except for Jalan Besar & Teluk Sissek on Fridays). Apparently Larian TC (TC stands for Teluk Cempedak) Kuantan 2012 to be held on 2nd September 2012 (Time 7:15am) is an annual event organized by Pacesetters Athletics Club in collaboration with DiGi.
Looking at the route map for the 10km run, the runners will pass by the green lungs along Jalan Tengku Mahmud before finishing with the steady but manageable incline towards the Teluk Cempedak beach.
The are quite a number of categories available for participants to choose from and there will be fun run (6km) categories as well. For further details, please visit themarathonshop link here:
